An antioxidant required for over 300 metabolic functions in the body, Vitamin C has been shown to help with symptoms of asthma, protect against harmful effects of pollution, and enhance the immune system. It is also important for tissue growth and repair, adrenal gland function and healthy gums. The body cannot produce Vitamin C, so it must be supplied by our diet or supplements.

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet, one (1) to three (3) times daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
